## Award Criteria

**OPEN TO CMJ RETAILERS**

This award celebrates the most inspiring retail environment — from store layout and refurbishment to visual merchandising. Entries should demonstrate how design enhances the customer journey, reflects brand identity and creates an engaging, welcoming atmosphere.

Judges will also consider creativity, innovation and use of sustainable materials.

Criteria:  
• Inspirational store layout, interior design or visual merchandising.  
• Creative use of space, lighting and materials to enhance customer experience.  
• Reflection of brand identity and storytelling through physical environment.  
• Innovation in sustainability, accessibility or multi-sensory design.
